<p>1. Re-focus on e-commerce &#8211; As a guy working with clients in the field, e-commerce for SMB is HOT right now, you guys need a BIG refresh which done properly, could drive some $$.<br />
2. Buy <a title="The Instagram home page" href="http://instagram.com/" target="_blank">Instagram</a> &#8211; Don&#8217;t offload assets, where it makes sense, take them on.<br />
3. Re-focus on SaaS &#8211; You&#8217;re one of the original Software as a Service plays, go back to that, get more serious about reforming sms &gt; push &gt; email and then port <a title="The Flickr home page" href="http://flickr.com" target="_blank">Flickr.com</a> to Instagram.<br />
4. Focus on delivery to tablets &#8211; You guys can&#8217;t out flip <a title="The Flipboard home page" href="http://flipboard.com" target="_blank">Flipboard</a> or Pulse? You&#8217;ve got the content, now use that SaaS team to build the next mobile portal&#8230;I mean really&#8230;<br />
5. Hire Arrington as CEO &#8211; I hear he may be <a title="The End - Tech Crunch article" href="http://techcrunch.com/2011/09/06/the-end/" target="_blank">looking for work</a>.</p>
<p>Yes, I know that ad $$ is what the whole shake up is about &#8211; so sprinkle liberally w/an ad model. Good luck.</p>
