1. Re-focus on e-commerce – As a guy working with clients in the field, e-commerce for SMB is HOT right now, you guys need a BIG refresh which done properly, could drive some $$.
2. Buy Instagram – Don’t offload assets, where it makes sense, take them on.
3. Re-focus on SaaS – You’re one of the original Software as a Service plays, go back to that, get more serious about reforming sms > push > email and then port Flickr.com to Instagram.
4. Focus on delivery to tablets – You guys can’t out flip Flipboard or Pulse? You’ve got the content, now use that SaaS team to build the next mobile portal…I mean really…
5. Hire Arrington as CEO – I hear he may be looking for work.
