On my second night in Tokyo, Patrick Ramage took me to a restaurant he found in Shibuya called “No Fish, No Life”. I greatly enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service. Over the course of my week in Tokyo, I’ve returned 2 more times…the food is simply marvelous and it’s a joy to sneak some seats and cast caution to the wind let the manager, whose name is Abi I believe…ask some simple questions and create the dishes he thinks you’ll like best.
We’ve had some wonderful dishes, including a Bonito Carrapccio, a Tuna and Avacado paté and a corn and potato fritter…If you’re in town…I highly recommend it.
